You can grab your winnings from an auction, or purchases from Buy-It-Now, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm by appointment at (929) 303-3266. For lots won in the most recent auction and Buy-It-Now purchases, there will be a grace period of fourteen business days during which time you can coordinate pickup or shipping arrangements without incurring the storage fee. Beginning immediately after those 14 days, a daily storage fee of $5 will be added to all items remaining at our warehouse. Your lots can only be released once this storage fee has been paid.
Beginning January 17, 2021, auction purchases will be subject to a Buyer's Premium of 25%. There is an additional 3% convenience fee for credit card payments.

We can typically accommodate smaller items or things that are not incredibly fragile and don't need special packing, large double boxes, etc.
For things we cannot ship in house, we use Andrew Fyfe at Parcel Plus - you can reach him by email at email@example.com for a shipping quote.
We try to arrange a consolidated pick-up so that it keeps the fees lower for any clients using his services
Bronx location transfer June 10th
If you are in New York, we transfer to our Bronx location for a small fee for pickup there by appointment, our upcoming transfer date in June 10th.
We also have several small truck delivery services, depending on your location, that can sometimes be cheaper than UPS type shipping, as long as you are not under a timeline to get your purchases. These contract shippers typically cover parts of GA, SC, NC, VA, MD, DC, DE, PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA.

Our DC Metro office is small, so we are trying to remain open according to the guidelines coming from state and local government. Things may change, and we appreciate your understanding if we need to put immediate policy changes in place. As of now, we are making sure that our office is safe for everyone including our staff, and again, only scheduled appointments will be permitted inside the building.
